Our history begins in 2009.

      We are a development team in the field of artificial intelligence. Our team consists of senior AI developers, mathematicians, and developers in the field of data science and cryptography. It is common to post a team photo, but we would prefer every user of our service to associate it with AI Dolores, not the development team.
      An analysis of our data showed that there are much more people who want to buy tickets, and because of scalpers, tickets do not reach the fans. And fans have to use ticket resale platforms like StubHub, Vividseats, etc. This is a global problem for popular concerts. We decided to fill this gap and give real fans the opportunity to buy tickets to the events of their favorite performers. Usually, in the ticketing business, promoters try to distribute the number of tickets among the fans and do not always sell all the seats. Even if the event is sold out, the fan always has a chance to buy tickets for themselves and their friends. The only problem is knowing when tickets are available. The technology is not standing still, and ticket websites are developing protection against monitoring of their websites. Being glued to your device all the time and monitoring a website for tickets seems like a crazy idea.


      After three years of studying AI, we can present it to the world.
      Meet AI Dolores. It knows all about sold-out events. You can add a sold-out event to our control panel and Dolores will make sure to notify you when tickets are available to purchase. Each ticketing website has its own specifics for monitoring sold-out events, so Dolores takes this into account for you and builds a monitoring policy based on data analysis. But keep in mind that even among the fans there is competition, so if you get a notification, hurry up to buy tickets as soon as possible.
      Don't worry if you haven't bought your tickets yet. There are a lot of tickets. The closer the event date, the more likely it is to get a ticket. Even a few hours before the event, you will have a chance to buy a ticket. And you won't have to buy tickets on ticket resale platforms. Dolores will automatically enable event monitoring (if you have set these settings in the control panel) and notify you when tickets are available again.

      Our goal is to deliver tickets to real fans, thus eliminating ticket scalping. Dolores has no boundaries. Smart algorithms help you achieve your goals more efficiently.
      We use 6x NVIDIA Tesla V100 graphics cards to train Dolores faster. While we were thinking about what to write in the section About, Dolores has been training all this time. It is always training. Decisions are made every second. It is a closed data analysis system. It trained on over 2M events around the world. All of them are relevant, we do not use old data in training. The main task of Dolores is to inform you about the availability of tickets.
